Just a thought: Your blurb about yourself kinda loses energy, going from visioning to evaluation. Evaluation is often perceived emotionally as a pejorative. You could gain energy, end on positive, forward-looking note AND present things in logical order if you say "evaluation, visioning, and program development". You might even want to add an adjective to "evaluation" so folks know what you're talking about and/or consider another word such as assessment. I also suggest you hook up with the Minnesota Facilitators Network where you will find cool, progressive, folks who are facilitators, consultants, organizational development folks and so on.
